- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (including RN to BSN)
- Master of Science in Nursing (including Generic Masters)
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate
- If you live in the Sequoia Health District, review the Fact Sheet for the
Sequoia Hospital/SFSU Baccalaureate Nursing Program at Cañada College.
- For the Nursing prerequisite courses taken at any California Community College please visit www.assist.org for articulation agreements. Please visit the following link for the Assist.org user’s guide.
- To submit an application for admission to the School of Nursing, follow the instructions and complete the application for the level to which you will be applying:
