STEP 2: Select an institution from the [Click here to select an institution] drop-down menu
HINT: Select the institution where your course was taken
STEP 3: Select a campus from the [Click here to select a campus] drop-down menu
HINT: Select San Francisco State University
STEP 4: Select a major from the [Select a major] drop-down menu HINT: Select nursing
STEP 5: Review the articulation agreement for courses you have taken
NOTE: If no courses appear in the articulation agreement please see the Articulation FAX Worksheet located within this information packet.
